About Regul
Regul, JSC was founded in 1991. In 1997, a holding company was created and became a parent company for a number of affiliated businesses founded by Regul between 1994 and 1997.
In 2011 Regul, JSC founded two subsidiary companies that focus on innovative technologies: Regul+, LLC and Analytical Cognitive Technologies for Intellectual Visualisation, LLC which have won grants from the Skolkovo Innovation Center.
The major fields of work of the holding are architectural design and construction, scientific research and introduction of innovative technologies.
Since the year 2000, Regul has been investing in the development of information systems to support management in enterprises/organizations.
We purported to develop an information system, which would allow managers to control all the structure of their enterprise in a fast way, enabling the managers to react quickly to any arising abnormalities and to detect problematic zones and bottlenecks within their company.
We adhered to the principle of meeting the interests of managers. According to this principle, management should be less dependent on IT personnel when maintaining their information system once there is a need to change the way in which data is processed - a need which arises in the life of every developing company.
A group of young scientists headed by S. Alatyrsky, Ph.D., created an absolutely new way to arrange data in a database and an information system based on this arrangement.
